Order Processing and Delivery
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose that option at checkout. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note, all delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and Soul CBD cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this time.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm CST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments may be sent using USPS or FedEx. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.
If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at Info@MySoulCBD.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of CBD.
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Soul/MySoulCBD.com with respect to the Site and it surpasses any and all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Soul/MySoulCBD.com with respect to the Site.
